GASTRONOMIC FOCCUS 2007, has been celebrated from October 8 to October 10, and has attracted the interest of more than 5.000 professional visitors. Of this number of assistance, there is valued the significant abundance, 52 %, of professionals of out of the Basque Country. The area of origin reaches La Rioja, Cantabria, Asturias, Navarre, Madrid, followed by the provinces of Burgos, Barcelona, Valladolid, in major measure, besides Galicia and Andalusia.
